Return Refund Policy
1. Our Quality Promise
At Koknand, we are committed to delivering products made with purity, authenticity, and care. Since we deal in food and consumable products, we follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines. For this reason, we maintain a limited refund and replacement policy.
By purchasing from Koknand, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. No Refund/Return After Delivery (General Rule)
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases such as:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Dislike of taste, smell, texture, or consistency
- Product opened, used, or partially consumed
- Delay caused due to incorrect address provided by customer
- Natural variations in product color or texture due to traditional processing
3. Replacement Allowed Only in Transit Damage Cases
You are eligible for a replacement only if the product delivered is:
- Physically damaged during transit
- Leaking / broken packaging
- Tampered or opened before delivery
- Expired (rare but applicable)
4. Time Limit for Reporting Damage
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted.
5. Mandatory Proof Required
To process a replacement request, the customer must email us with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the inner packaging
- Photos of the outer shipping box (mandatory)

6. Replacement Process
Once we receive your complaint:
- Our team will verify the provided evidence
- If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
- Replacement dispatch depends on stock availability
- We reserve the right to reject requests that lack proper proof or appear fraudulent
7. Refunds (Only in Rare Cases)
Refunds are not standard, but may be considered only if:
- Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
- Order was canceled before dispatch (if cancellation is approved)
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
